Smashed Potatoes


I love these potatoes! Just the right amount of garlic, cheese, and crispiness. Sorry for the not so hot photos. I took them with my phone :)

~ Ingredients - 

• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• salt and pepper to taste
• 10-12 red potatoes


~ Directions ~ 

Start by boiling a pot of water over high heat. 

While its heating up, clean your potatoes and get ride of any icky parts. Don't peel them though. 

Boil until you can easily pierce them with a fork. 



Turn your oven on to 400 degrees (206 C). 

When the potatoes are done, spread them out on a greased cookie sheet. Using the bottom of a bowl or cup, flatten them until they are about 3/4 of an inch thick. 


Add the oil with a brush. 

Next top them with garlic powder, parmesan, and salt and pepper. 


Bake for about 30 minutes or until they are crispy. Live this as a fresh take on potatoes. Yummy yummy!
